I am sorry that I am not join you two and whom ever else tonight but I will be eating with you soon up in Flagstaff!!!
Post--I am good friends with the contractor that builds Blu Burgers. I mention it just in case anyone has some commercial property they might need some honest help with and don't know where to start.
If my post crosses a line for mentioning the contractor, feel free to delete without worries.
