Looks like a very nice place there Tim and I'm sure you'll be doing some interesting hiking too! I think you'll have a nice tour there and enjoy.

Sorry haven't been around lately. They packed up the house last week so been withouth access to anything. I leave in the morning to start my trip over there, I'll keep in touch with the Italy hikes.

Send us some photos, Tim. The Appenines, etc? Italy is beautiful. I especially liked the ancient walled villages on the tops of hills. They are mostly as old as a lot of our SW archaeological sites, but people still live in them! I spent 3 months in Fiuggi Fonte, between Rome and Naples. But that was eons ago... Have fun!

dang it..........I want to see the shoes and purses first! I know you can't hike until all of your gear gets to you but shopping..............now that's something you can do on the first day!
