Canyoneering-- his original in the series covering the San Rafael Swell, the technical slots, day hikes, backpacks etc. Excellent road directions and hiking descriptions. A lot of his hikes are routes so you need fair sense of reading a map and following his notations.

Canyoneering 2- technical hikes in the Escalante area. Some of it you can use to make your own hikes and avoid the rappelling stuff.

Canyoneering 3- Loop hikes in the Escalante. Tamer hiking, to multi day backpacking off trail. Includes the Moody Canyons, Silver Falls Creek, versions of Coyote Gulch, etc.

I pretty much use his and Kesleys books for about 90% of my utah trips; reliable descriptions and fairly on target for hike difficulty.
Univ of Utah Press
His books are widely available on line, REI, etc
